Obituary for Mardine Bearden Bearden, Mrs. Mardine – age 87, passed away, Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Estrella Center – Phoenix. Family hour 10:00AM Saturday, July 7, 2018 from Monument of Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 378 Auburn Ave. , with funeral service commencing immediately at 11:00 AM.

Pastor James H. Keys, Sr., Officiating. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 N. Perry St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10:00 AM Saturday. Mrs. Bearden will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry St. and may be viewed from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday.

Mrs. Bearden leaves to cherish her memory children, Lucious (Clemintine) Bearden of MS, Lucille Carr, Luther (Essie) Bearden, Nurcille Holmes, Wilford Bearden, Clester Bearden all of Michigan, Macille Bearden of AZ; Michael Bearden of AZ; and Charles (Nicole) Bearden; four sisters; three brothers; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; great great grandchildren and other relatives. Mrs. Bearden was preceded in death by her husband, J. E. Bearden; sons, Ronald Dell Bearden and James Bearden; and her mother, Vera Swanigan; step father, Cleotus Swanigan; and one sister and two brothers.
