Nedra A. Stoner February 7, 1935 – December 18, 2018 Nedra A. Stoner, 83, of Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at St. Mary Health Care. She was born February 7, 1935, in Nisland, SD, to the late Carl and Lydia Brunner. On June 13, 1953, she married Carl Stoner in Albuquerque, NM and he preceded her in death on July 17, 1999.

Nedra worked as a Business Account Representative for GTE for 30 years and retired on December 31, 1991. Nedra was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and enjoyed traveling, bowling and gardening. Nedra mostly enjoyed her children and granchildren.

Surviving are her children Brenda (husband Roger) Ely, Gregory (wife Marcia) Stoner, and a granddaughter Jessica Stoner all of Lafayette. Also surviving are her brothers Jerome (wife Becky) Brunner of Pensacola, FL, and Wayne (wife Kathy) Brunner of Lafayette. Nedra was preceded in death by a brother Roger C. Brunner.

Private interment will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in West Lafayette. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Nedra’s memory.
