Edward’s Obituary Edward L. Snyder Jr. 62 Edward L. “Eddie” Snyder Jr., 62, of Lafayette, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Signature Health Care surrounded by loved ones. He was born September 14, 1956, in Lafayette, to the late Edward L. Snyder Sr. and Barbara Miller Snyder. Eddie graduated from Central Catholic.

He worked in Physical Maintenance for MacLellen Corp. , for years, St Vincent DePaul and St Elizabeth Hospital. Eddie enjoyed fishing, working on race cars, playing cards, watching Purdue sports, he was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Miami Dolphins.

Most of all he enjoyed the time he shared with his family and friends. Surviving are daughters, Misty Snyder, Elizabeth Munoz (husband Ramon) of Lafayette and a son Joe Snyder of Delphi also his siblings Cathy Thayer (husband Mark) of Lafayette, Sandi Snyder Myers of Maryland, brother Tom Snyder (wife Vickie) of Lucerne,IN, grandchildren Carter and Macie Munoz, his very special friend for life J.R. Jones, and many nieces and nephews. Eddie was preceded in death by wife Kim Snyder, son Matt McMillin, and brother AJ Snyder.

Visitation from 10:00am to 11:00AM Friday February 1, 2019 service to follow at 11:00AM Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of gifts the family requests donations to be made to the Horizon Cancer Center on Eddie’s behalf.
