She is survived by sons, Mike Milligan (Gail), Larry Milligan (Shelia) and Ronnie Milligan; daughters, Charlotte Shedd (Tommy), Cathy Camp and Teresa Cook; sister, Jo Grizzard; 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Lynn Milligan; children, Ricky Lynn Milligan, Rita Gay Milligan, Kenneth Gerald Milligan; siblings, Sonny Hilburn, Imogene Kight, Frauline Bolding, Mann Hilburn and Martha Edmondson.
