Obituary for Nettie M. Jaeger Nettie Marie Jaeger, aged 76, passed away peacefully July 28, 2018 at her home in Sherwood, Oregon. She was born November 16th, 1941. Nettie attended Tualatin Grade School and graduated from Sherwood High School and was a lifelong Sherwood resident.

Her happiest memories were on the farm with husband Fred and all the animals. She had much compassion for all animals, particularly cats. She and Fred enjoyed gardening, camping and traveling.

Nettie loved helping out in her community with such things as Meals on Wheels, Food Pantry, Relay for Life, Cat Adoption Team and Humane Society. Nettie is well loved and will be missed by her family and friends. She will be best remembered for her wit, generosity and kind heart.

Nettie was preceded in death by husband, Fredrick Jaeger, son, Gregory Scott Duncan, brother, Duane “Dean” Timbrel and sister, Charlene Andresen. She is survived by son, Jeffrey Gordon Duncan, daughter, Shawn Marie Johnson, granddaughter, Kasandra Marie Valentine, sister, Wilda Mae Birchell and brother, Boyd Timbrel. Nettie is also survived by Shelle and Rick Pickens, Bryan Jaeger, Breanne Jaeger, Christopher Pickens and Gregory Pickens, along with many nieces and nephews.

Nettie enjoyed the birth of her great grandson, Gregory Duncan Valentine, born to Kasandra on July 6, 2018. This birth brought a twinkle to her eyes and joy to her heart. Memorial service will be held at Attrell’s Funeral Chapel, Sherwood, Oregon on Wednesday, August, 15th at 11am.
