Obituary for Nora Webb Nora Mandac Gerardo Webb, was born on July 14, 1934, in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, to Rafael Gerardo and Soccoro Mandac a prominent political family in Laoag Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She had a brother Atty. Remegio Gerardo+ and Sisters Leticia Gerardo MD+ and Mrs. Milagros Kagaoan.

Mama Nora finished her college studies at La Consolacion College in Manila. She met her future and late husband Leslie J Webb USN Retired while station at Subic Naval Base, Philippines during the Korean war. They got married on March 3, 1958 in Olongapo City Philippines.

After retiring from the navy, they moved back to Fort Pierce, FL and opened the Webb Childcare in Center in Fort Pierce. We were so lucky for they were truly a great blessing to our community in sharing their time, talent and treasure and most importantly the loving and caring environment they afforded to the many children they took care in our community. They were active parishioners of St Anastasia Catholic Church and St Anastasia Catholic Church Choir, and founding members of the Philippine American Association of the Treasure Coast Inc.
