Norma Smith Dunning went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at age 94. She is survived two children, John (Michelle) Dunning and Debbie Amberson; grandchildren, Tony Norris, Jr., Jessica (Chris) Duff, Kathryn Dunning, Rebecca (Nathan) Horton, Lauren (Patrick) Claybon and Aaliyah Amberson; step grandchildren, David (Joy) Amberson and Christy Amberson; great grandchildren, Christian, Carter, Colton, Liam, Christopher, Cameron, Charles, Jadyn, Phoenix, Malcolm, Brooke and Jakob. She was preceded in death by her son, David Dunning and her parents, Leonard and Mentie Smith.

Norma retired from Southeastern Meats after many years of service. Visitation will be Friday, January 18, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at The New Gardendale Funeral Home. A graveside will follow at Mt.
