Obituary of Okey Dalton Okey Dalton, 78, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Mon Health Center. He was born August 27, 1940, in Morgantown, son to the late Solomon “Boot” & Sadie Mae Dalton. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., on Saturday, Feb.

9th, from 3-8 p.m. and again on Sunday, Feb. 10th, from 5-8 p.m. On Monday, Feb. 11, Okey will be moved to Mount View Free Methodist Church where he will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. with Pastors Frances Craker and Donna Dalton officiating.
