Pamela E. Rulli, age 66 of Dublin, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Serenity Place. She was a Graduate of Dublin High School, Middle Georgia College and the University of Georgia. Pam was a member of Pine Forest United Methodist Church and was an artist.

Survivors include her parents, Andy and Nell Rulli of Dublin, special friends and caregivers; Deidre Clark, Sue Anne Payne, Angie Nelson, Billie Tate and Jeff Wells. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with a private burial to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev.

Joel Dent and Rev. Wes Moye will officiate.
