Parker’s Obituary Infant Parker Lee Bell passed away the day he was born on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 4:47 a.m. at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. Parker is the cherished son of Devin and Megan Bell of Wolcott. He is survived by his parents; paternal grandparents Randy and Marsha Bell of Wolcott; maternal grandparents Ed and Sheila Mitchell of Remington; paternal great-grandparents Marvin and Vera Sutter of Remington; paternal great-grandmother Nancy Bell of Wolcott; maternal great-grandmother Judy Mitchell of Remington; maternal great-grandfather Edward Allen of Rensselaer; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is being greeted in heaven by his paternal great-grandparents William and Wilma Bell; and maternal great grandmother Juanita Allen.
