Obituary for Patricia A. Roberts Patricia A. Roberts (nee Lovas), age 78, passed away peacefully at her residence in Hammond, Indiana after a lengthy illness. She was born December 28, 1939 to Joseph and Thelma (nee Mehring) Lovas in Columbus, Ohio. She lived in Lorain most of her life and attended school at Holy Trinity.

She also worked as a bartender for many years at Imperial Cafe in Lorain. Patricia enjoyed playing bingo, gambling and traveling, including traveling to Nashville to attend the Grand Ole Opry. Above all, she loved spending time with her great grandson, Chance.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia J. Roberts; grandchildren, Felicia Roberts, Michael Simpson, Larissa Simpson, Marissa Pinero and Adam Pinero; great grandchildren, Chance Roberts, Annabella Pinero and Alaina Pinero; brothers, Joseph (Joyce) Lovas and Andrew (Judy) Lovas and sisters, Betty Pasadene, Margaret (Frank) Cordova, Sheila Baker, Josephine (Irving) Soto and Christine (fiancé Woody) Burgess Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Margaret Toledo Velasquez and sister, Teresa Spragner. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 22 at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 P.M. in the Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Rev.
