Patricia Ann Rogers, age 80 years, died Friday, September 7, 2018 at Bay County Medical Care Facility. She was born on October 20, 1937 to the late Emil and Pauline (Krakowski) Mish. Patricia graduated from Bay City Central High School Class of 1955.
