Patricia I. Cepull Maier, 92, formerly of Lower Burrell, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 1st 2018. Born March 28, 1926 in New Kensington, to the late Edward and Grace Cepull, she was a 1944 graduate of Arnold High School. Patricia was a Licensed Practical Nurse and was employed at Bel Air Nursing Home, Lower Burrell, and later employed at Citizens Hospital in New Kensington.

She was married to Kenneth Maier for 32 years until his passing on July 17, 1978. Patricia is survived by two daughters, Kathee (Tom) Cernicky of Kilmarnock, VA, Page (Keith) Schwab of Freedom; a brother, Fred Cepull of Fawn Township; a sister, Karen (David) Chomyak, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; four grandchildren Shea (Patrick) Hopkins, Kara (Walt) Vandergrift, Brandon (Erin) Schwab, and Travis Schwab; great grandchildren, Rowen, Emily and Reagan Hopkins, Reid and Payton Vandergrift, Ella and Luke Schwab; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Cepull.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot, and will be announced in the future. ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD. (rossgwalker.com) of New Kensington was entrusted with the arrangements.
