OBITUARY Patricia Jean Held January 21, 1927 – January 4, 2019 Held, Patricia J. “Pat” 91, of Largo, passed away January 4, 2019. Pat was a graduate of the Madeira School for Girls and Ohio Wesleyan University. She worked for Stauffer’s as the Head of Culinary and had her own cooking show on TV.

She also worked for ACME Markets as a Home Economics Expert and Pat also worked at Seminole Middle School as a Home Economics teacher, where she retired from. She volunteered thousands of hours at Heritage Village in Largo and loved making and donating quilts for veterans at Bay Pines VA Hospital, whom she blessed hundreds of veterans with. She was a member of the Largo Cracker Quilters and Daughters of the American Revolution.

Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 48 years, Frederick William Held. She is survived by her daughters, Patty and her husband Harry Hotmire of Holiday, FL, and Jennie and her husband Parker Allen and three grandchildren of Lee, NH.
