Mrs. Patricia L. Bowler, age 68, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2019, in Shelby. She was born August 21, 1950 to James and Ruth (Barr) Farris in Muskegon, and lived most of her life here. When she was able Pat enjoyed dancing with the Maycroft Square Tappers, line dancing, making wedding cakes, and swimming in her pool.

Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Pat was a member of Crestwood United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Bowler in March of 1976.

Survivors include her daughter: Kathy (Mark) Thompson; 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 1 brother: Ronald Farris; and her dog Abby. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers: Robert Farris and James Farris, Jr. In accordance with her wishes there will be no services. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Bowler may be made to Multiple Sclerosis.
