Patricia’s Obituary Rapid City – Patricia “Pat” L. Balsley, 81, died Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, January 24 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, January 25 at Rimrock Evangelical Free Church, 12200 W. Highway 44.

Burial will be 2:00 pm Friday, January 25 at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. Arrangements by Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.
