Patricia Mitchell, age 88 of Wahoo, died Thursday, August 23, 2018 in Wahoo. She was born July 3, 1930 in Wahoo to Norman and Goldie (Wondra) Lilley. She grew up in Wahoo and graduated from Wahoo High School.

On February 3, 1950, Pat married Lloyd Mitchell at the First Presbyterian Church in Wahoo. Lloyd’s Air Force and engineering careers meant frequent relocations around the globe. Pat enjoyed traveling the world, taking in the various cultures, and making friends wherever they made their home, but her heart was always in her hometown of Wahoo.

She and Lloyd retired in Wahoo where Pat spent much of her time doing volunteer work. She was a talented and avid golfer and could often be found on the course at the Hilltop Country Club. Pat is survived by her two sons Mike Mitchell of Lincoln, and Ken Mitchell of Wahoo, and her grandson Dmitry Kolesnikov of Cranbury, NJ.

She was preceded in death by her parents Norman and Goldie Lilley, and her husband Lt. Col. Lloyd Mitchell.
