She was a member of St. John of the Woods Catholic Church in Tacoma, WA. Patricia is survived by her son, Billy (Rebecca) Forsman of University Place; daughter, Dawn Forsman of Parkland. She is also survived by her brother, William T. Showalter of Brookings, OR; sisters, Susan M. Showalter of Eatonville, and Jane E. Kissner of Tacoma.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. John of the Woods Catholic Church in Tacoma, WA.
