Obituary for Patricia Wigginton Montano On September 30, 2018, Patricia Montano, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and beloved friend returned home to her heavenly Father. She was lovingly reunited with her parents, two sisters, two daughters-in-law, and son, Manuel. Patricia was born on August 7, 1943 in Louisville, KY to Al and Gloria.

She was a loving sister to 13 siblings. She is survived by the loves of her life, Angel Montano, Sr., seven children, Angel Jr. (Debbie), Joe (Janet), Tony (Mindy), Gloria (Ralph), Juan (Stephanie), Miguel (Shannon), Maria (Chris). She was a selfless and beloved grandmother to 22 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and one on the way.

Patricia epitomized the image of selflessness in her devotion to her husband, children, and grandchildren. To all she was known as “MomPat”. She will be remembered for her tough love, courage, and most of all her faith!

Her family would like to thank the loving and caring team of doctors, nurses and aids at Baptist East Hospital. A funeral service will be held at Ratterman Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, East Louisville on October 4, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-8 p.m., Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the funeral home.
