OBITUARY Joel Ray Harlow October 9, 1949 – September 30, 2018 Joel Ray Harlow, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 30, 2018 with his family by his side. Joel was retired from Aramark where he was a service technician for seventeen years. His parents, B.G. and Mildred Harlow and sister Joyce Cary precede Joel in death.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Robin Harlow, children, Melissa Taylor(Bobby), John Taylor(Jessica), Jason Harlow(Annie), Curtis Harlow(Amanda); brothers, James Harlow(Sue), Jerry Harlow(Donna); sister, Judy Vowels(Rick), four granddaughters, Kayla, Haylee, Alaska, Jersey; loving care givers, Eva Hardin,, Billie Schweitzer and Deborah Scott A private memorial service to celebrate his life will be held later.
