Obituary of Patricia Novicky Patricia Joan Novicky, age 83 of Brookfield, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday January 21, 2019. Patricia was born in Danbury on September 4, 1935 to the late John J. and Elizabeth Canfield Gereg. Pat was always on the go and had a beautiful smile on her face!

She loved golfing, bowling in tournaments, dancing and visiting the casino with her many friends. Pat loved her work as a florist and was a faithful employee at Stew Leonard’s for over 20 years. Most of all, she loved her family and the precious memories they made together.

Pat will be sadly missed by her children: Deborah Moros of Brookfield, Cynthia Thornton of Northville, Mary Novicky of Bethel and Joseph Novicky and his wife Robin of Brookfield; Grandchildren: Keith Moros, Jessica Moros, Bruce Novicky and Josh Novicky; Great-grandchildren: Theo and Maggie; nephew John Gereg and niece Lisa Gereg. In addition to her parents, Pat was predeceased by her brothers John Gereg and Theodore Gereg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00am on Saturday January 26, 2019 at St. Joseph Church, 163 Whisconier Rd.

, Brookfield. Visitation will be Friday January 25, 2019 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Rd. , Brookfield.

Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in the Spring.
