Obituary for Patsy Jean Mitchell Patsy J. Mitchell, 80 of Franklin passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was born May 24, 1938 in Atlanta, GA to the late Hillary Brooks and Virgie Waldrop Brooks. She was also preceded in death by her children, David Mitchell, Cynthia Stevens and Tracey Braswell; sister, Sherry Brooks Houston.

She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Roquemore; daughter-in-law, Donna Mitchell; half-brother, Chris Brooks; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Rev. Don Daly officiating.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in East Point, GA. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 PM until service time. McKoon Funeral Home & Crematory (770) 253-4580.
