Obituary for Patsy McInnis James Patsy James, 86 , a native of Hattiesburg, MS and resident of Houma , LA passed away on April 22, 2018. A visitation will be held in her honor on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park (4511 West Park Ave. , Gray) from 5 PM until 8 PM.

A private burial will be held at a later date. She is survived by her children, Ellyn D. LaJaunie (Glen) Patty Mayo, E. Grant Doyle, Jr. (Bitty), Kay Naquin, Iris Fraychineaud (Richard), Daniel Doyle; sister, Emma Rose Cubley; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. James.

Her parents Duncan C. McInnis and Euran V. (Herndon) McInnis, brothers, Duncan C. McInnis, III, John W. McInnis, Sr., Charles C. McInnis; sisters, Marjorie E. McInnis Johnson, Jacqueline M. McInnis Walker, Jaunita C. McInnis and grandson, Benji Naquin. Patsy was a member of the Krewe of Cleopatra for 25 years. She was a strong women and mother, who was loved by all.
