Patricia Ann (Patti) Bell, age 74, of Sandy Springs, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Bill Head Funeral Home, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel. Born in Glendale, Ohio, Patti was a graduate of Briarcliff High School in Atlanta and attended Oglethorpe University.

She was an Interior Designer (Interior Acquisitions), a major designer for Lane Homes and was a large client of Schumacher Fabric House for several years. She designed and decorated a room at the Atlanta Symphony Decorator’s Show House in Buckhead for over 12 years. In addition, Patti owned an antique store (Acquisitions) at Phipps Plaza.

She loved to travel around the world with her family while always in search of treasures for her antique store. She was a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Jim Bell of Sandy Springs; son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Cristin Bell of Douglasville; granddaughter, Ruby Bell; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Geri Burns of Stone Mountain.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make donations to the Georgia Eye Bank by visiting www. georgiaeyebank.org. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel, (770) 564-2726.
