James Henry Keever, Sr., age 89, of Flowery Branch, GA, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018. A graveside service will be held Monday, June 18, 2018, at 2:00 pm at the Lilburn First Baptist Church Cemetery. He is survived by his sons, James Keever of Flowery Branch, GA, Ron Keever of Woodstock, GA and David McAdams, Sr., of Carnesville, GA; grandchildren, Jessica Keever, Chad Keever, Christopher Keever, David McAdams, Jr., Drew McAdams, Shawn McAdams, Charles McAdams and Nathan McAdams; sisters, Barbara Banks and Emily Bennett; brothers, Felix Keever and Dan Keever.

Born in East Point, GA, he was a Letter Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service,Decatur Branch, retiring after more than 30 years of service and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. The family will receive friends Monday from 12 noon until 2:00 pm at Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel, (770) 564-2726.
