Helen Beatrice May Guice, 92, of Monroe, GA died July 24, 2018. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bill Head Funeral Home, Duluth Chapel. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Ms. Guice was a native of Varnell, GA. She was a partner in marriage and business with her late husband of 56 years, Willard J. Guice, offering specialty glass and giftware throughout the southeast. She was a charter member of Clairmont Hills Baptist Church and was a former member of Rivermont Golf and Country Club and Northwood Country Club.

As an avid amateur golfer, she and her partner won the 1978 Georgia Women’s Golf Association Championship. She enjoyed singing at church ceremonies and special events for family and friends as well as hosting lovely parties. Preceded in death by her husband, Willard Jackson Guice, her daughter, Carole Guice Donaldson and her son, Robert Oscar Guice, she is survived by her granddaughter, Ginger Spreen and her husband Scott Spreen of Johns Creek, GA; grandson, Billy Donaldson, Jr. and his wife Barbara Donaldson of Cumming, GA; son-in-law, Bill Donaldson, Sr. of Bishop, GA; great granddaughters, Brooke Spreen of Zurich, Switzerland, Robyn Spreen of Athens, GA, Sydney Donaldson, of Bluffton, SC and Hannah Donaldson of Cumming, GA; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. The family will receive friends Friday, July 27, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Bill Head Funeral Homes & Crematory, Duluth Chapel, (770) 476-2535.
