Cecilia Kelley, age 86, of Snellville, GA died September 18, 2018. A funeral service will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bill Head Funeral Home, Duluth Chapel, with Pastor Mario Cruz, Pastor Angel Amaro and Pastor Robert Abdul-Karim officiating. Burial will follow at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, GA.

Mrs. Kelley, a native of West Point, NY, was a member of The Seventh Day Adventist Church in Duluth, GA, was a retired insurance analyst with the Salvation Army and loved writing poetry. Preceded in death by her husband, Johnny B. Kelley, and daughter, Vera Francis Kwon, she is survived by her, son and daughter-in-law, John and Norma Campbell Kelley of Snellville, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Billy Mashburn of Winder, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Cheryl Kelley of Buford, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Gail Kelley of Monroe, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Donald Allain of Hewitt, NJ; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and John Willis of Calhoun, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Mayo and Suzzane Cummings of Jackson County, GA; brother, Willie Cummings of Tampa, FL; 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, 1 niece and 2 nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Bill Head Funeral Homes & Crematory, Duluth Chapel, (770) 476-2535.
