Paul’s Obituary Paul E. Lapointe, husband of Juliet (Jussaume) Lapointe, of Fall River passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019 of old age. He was born on May 25, 1922 in Cassellman, Ontario, the son of Omer and Aurore (Brisson) Lapointe. He was the last survivor of their 11 children.

He attended Notre Dame Grammar School, Prevost High School, and Bryant College. He was a World War II combat veteran, having fought through France and Germany. Besides his wife of 71 years, Mr. Lapointe leaves his children Genghis Lapointe of Cambridge; Annette Tremblay of Columbia, MD; Elaine Roberts of Plainville; Robert Lapointe of Weston, ME; Pamela Chatenay-Lapointe of West Greenwich, RI; Jane Souza of Durham, NC; and Lucy Foss of Weston, ME.

His youngest son, Marc Lapointe of Fall River, predeceased him in 2012. He also leaves 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. There will be a funeral Mass at St. Jean the Baptist Church (Holy Trinity Parish), 951 Stafford Rd, Fall River, MA at 10 AM on March 18.
