Paul Everett Hartley, 74, of South Point, OH passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Paul Hartley; his maternal grandparents, William and Ethel Coyle. Paul was a US Vietnam Army Veteran.

He retired from Ashland Office Supply. He is survived by his mother, Betty Lee Coyle Thompson; two daughters, Shanna Sims of Valrico, FL and Patricia Schwartz of South Point, OH; five grandchildren, Kaylyn Bone, Sara Totten, Garrett Totten, Brittnie Schwartz and Amber Schwartz; two great grandchildren, Malaki Combs and Salem Horn; one sister, Sharon (Donnie) Hackworth; and the loving mother of his children, Diana Myers. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Terry Noble at 2pm on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, OH.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point, OH. Military graveside rites will be conducted by Proctorville VFW Post #6828.
