Paul “Mickey” Wells, 77, of Liberty Twp. , went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 18, 2019, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. Paul was born June 25, 1941, in Youngstown, the son of Paul and Margaret (Welsh) Wells.

He worked for United Engineering, and retired from General Motors as a skilled trade welder, in 1993. Paul was a member of the Girard Eagles Lodge Aerie #2172. In his earlier years he raced micro midgets, and enjoyed riding motorcylces, fishing and watching nascar.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 55 years, Patricia (McFall) Wells, whom he married March 31, 1962, his children, Michael (Kathleen) Wells of Girard, and Cynthia “Cindy” (Lionel) Trebilcock, of Vienna, his grandchildren, Lionel (fiancee Karly Gibbs) Trebilcock, and Corey (Breanne) Trebilcock, along with three great grandchildren, Lionel “Jax”, Brynn, and Remi. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, February 21st, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. A private burial will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery.
