Paul was born on September 28, 1934 in Ashland City, Tennessee to Florence and Walter Louia Sanders. He joined the United States Air Force and traveled the world serving his country for 20 years.

He then worked for 20 years at Carquest. He has been a longtime resident of Panama City, Florida. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A small service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2018, at Forest Hill Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee.
