Paul Theodore Thompson, 75, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away May 12, 2019. He was born on March 30, 1944, to Roy Thompson and Marian (Stiegelbauer) Thompson. Paul served in the United States Army.

He was a family-oriented man. He enjoyed being outside, fishing, mushroom hunting, and gardening. Paul also enjoyed music, and was an avid record collector.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Rosalyn (Head) Thompson; daughter Lora Rivera (Alajondro); granddaughter Lena Brown; great grandchildren Zaidah Brown, Zeniyah Brown, and Ziekieranh Brown; siblings Ronald Thompson (Donna), Roy Thompson (Yoko), Steve Thompson (Donna), George Thompson (Billie Jean), Donald Thompson (Leesa), Ryan Thompson, Sylvia Jurgonski, Delight Walters (Tom), Mary Thompson, Heath Kuckewich, Alison Esenkova (Oleg), and Dawn Thompson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Ivan Thompson and Carole Parker. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at 1:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804.

Pastor Ralph Davis will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 11:00a.m. until service time.
