Obituary for Pauline Polly Sharp Pauline “Polly” Elizabeth Sharp, 89, entered into her Heavenly rest on Thursday May 31, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Indian Trail, NC. Polly was born on September 6, 1928 in Walton, KY to Emil & Pauline Pfister. In 1950, she married Harry Clarence Sharp, who preceded her in death in 1976.

They made their home in Louisville, KY where they raised their six children. Polly loved time spent with her family. She is survived by her children: Harry “Buddy” Emil Sharp (wife Carolyn) of Rowlett, TX, Vicki LaPointe (husband Jerry) of Salem, IN, Debra Clay (husband Darrell) of Louisville, KY, Cathy Collier (husband Glenn) of Louisville, KY, Linda Sharp of San Tan Valley, AZ and Teresa Verner (husband Greg) of Indian Trail, NC.

She is further survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and three siblings. Graveside services will be held at Bethany Memorial Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272 at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. Polly’s family has given the family of Lowe-Neddo Funeral Home the privilege of caring for her and for them.
