OBITUARY Peggy A. Crawford November 20, 1931 – October 22, 2018 Peggy Green Crawford, 86, of Fort Worth, Texas was called to her heavenly home on October 22, 2018 surrounded by her family. The family will receive friends during visitation on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 10am.

All services will be held at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Peggy was a lifelong resident of Fort Worth.

She met her husband, Lyndon, when they were students at Poly High School. They married in 1949 and celebrated 53 years of marriage. She was a Member of Sagamore Hill Baptist Church for many years.

Peggy loved people and was a great listener. She never met a stranger and made friends everywhere she went. She had a great joy for life.

Peggy was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Lyndon W. Crawford; parents, Fred and Deber Green; sister, Beth Mann and brother, Byron Green. Peggy is survived by her children, Christy (Pat) Walthall, Alan (Cheri) Crawford, Brian (Amanda) Crawford, Barry (Tweresa) Crawford; 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
