OBITUARY Peggy L. Henson July 19, 1945 – November 7, 2018 Peggy Lynn Laws Henson passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Trinity Ridge in Hickory. She was 73. She was born on July 19, 1945 to the late Joseph and Blanche Benfield Laws in Catawba County.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Henson; brothers, Joe Laws and Kirk Laws Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Tammy Henson (Walter) of Lenoir, Paula “Polly” Laws of Lenoir; sons, Donald Henson of Hickory, Ronnie Henson (Geraldine) of Conover, David Laws (Starla) of Burke County; five grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Milas “Tim” Laws of Hudson. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. The family will receive prior to the service from 12:45 until 1:45 at the funeral home.

Rev. Robert Ashe will be officiating the service. Burial will follow at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
