OBITUARY Phyllis Hilliard Rudisill August 22, 1952 – November 5, 2018 Phyllis Ann Rudisill, 66, Hickory, NC, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at her home. Phyllis was born August 22, 1952 and was the daughter of the late Emmet Hilliard and Ethel Harr Hilliard. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Hilliard.

Survived by sons, Travis Rudisill and wife Kiersten, Wayne Fulps; daughters, Tammy Spencer and husband Eric, Christian Underwood and husband Matthew; grandchildren, Chandra and Chase Patrick, Jeremiah Fulps, Julianna and Owen Underwood; great grandchildren, Kadyn Patrick and Kinsley Whitner; sister, Betty Phillips. A private graveside service will be on Thursday, November 8, 2018. Condolences may be left at www.
