Percy’s Obituary Funeral services for Percy F. Tanner, 73, of Tylertown, MS will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Hartman-Hughes Chapel with Mike Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Tylertown Cemetery II. Mr. Tanner passed away at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS on Monday, May 27, 2019.

He was born November 28, 1945 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the late Latisha and Percy Tanner. He is also preceded in death by his sister Joy Marie Lucita. Survivors include his wife of 48 years Susan Tanner; daughter Nicky (Shane) Bullock; son Sean (Jennifer) Tanner; grandchildren Dylan Bullock and Sophie Tanner; sisters Barbara Jones, Frances Bacot, Mary (Jack) Alford, and Rita (Steve) Reulet; and brother-in-law Robert (Sue) Ladner.

Pallbearers are Greg Ard, Tony Bullock, Arzrito Mark, Jason Bullock, Jerry Boyd, and Don Ginn Honorary pallbearers are Jack Alford Jr., Stevie Reulet, Julius Bacot, Byron Bacot, Jeff Howard, and A.J. Mark. Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Chapel on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 1:00 PM until service at 2:00 PM. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
