Peter David Onidi, 65, of Kinston, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018 at home. He was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Hill and his parents, Albert and Shirley Onidi. Peter was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Hill Onidi, of the home; two daughters, Stacy Hill of Kinston and Christine Onidi of Arlington, VA; two sons, Nicholas Hill and fiancé Heidi Gray of Kinston and Peter Onidi of Fredericksburg, VA; grandchildren, Brison and Charisma Dalrymple; sister, Cathy Brown of Wethersfield, CT; as well as two brothers, Robert Onidi of Stewart, FL and Raymond Onidi of East Hartford, CT. A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 7, 2018 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with John Hoover officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
