OBITUARY PFC. Logan Tucker Jackson, US Army April 7, 1999 – November 14, 2018 PFC. Logan Tucker Jackson, US Army, 19, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 on Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

A graveside service with full military honors will be held Monday November 26, 2018 at 11:00 am in Fairview Methodist Church Cemetery in Forsyth, GA where he will be laid to rest beside his “Big Daddy” Marvin R. Jackson. Jim Grigsby and Rev. Jimmy Corbitt will be officiating.

The family will greet friends Sunday evening, November 25, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to USO, www. uso.org/donate or Marine Corp League, Middle Georgia DET.

He graduated Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina November 15, 2017 and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas April 13, 2018. He was subsequently stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and assigned to Womack Army Hospital. In addition to his mother and father, survivors include his “Nanny” Lafran Jackson, his “Grammy” Rosie Shores, his “PawPaw” J.C. Shores, his brother, Jacob L. Jackson, his sisters, Ashley M. Jackson and Emmah J. Jackson, and his nephew, Russell G. Jackson.
