Obituary for Phillip John Falt Phillip John Falt, 88 of Louisville passed away Monday December 24, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Watertown, MA to the late John L. and Hazel G. Falt. He served in the United States Airforce during the Korea Conflict, was a member of VFW Post #1170, retired design engineer for General Electric, a former volunteer Fire Inspector for Middletown Fire Department from 1973 to 1983, and a member of Middletown Christian Church.

Phillip was a “fixer of all things”, he loved to repair things and learn how they worked and enjoyed wood crafting. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth “Fern” Falt. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon Neville; son, Robert Falt (Cassandra); grandchildren, Meghan (Tony), Loretta (Tim), Annie, Kyle P. (Brandi), Kyle M., Cody K., McKory, and Nishelle; and great-grandchildren, Xavier, Andrea, Vincent, Aemillius, MacKenzie, Morgan, Gavin, and Emiliana.

A funeral service will be at 12 p.m. Saturday December 29, 2018 at Ratterman Funeral Home 12900 Shelbyville Rd. East Louisville will burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
