Passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. Age 86 years. The daughter of the late Marjorie M. (Taylor) and Carey Anderson Poling was born July 2, 1932 in Troy, Ohio.
She married Fred Goodrow on October 20, 1980. Phyllis loved spending time with family and friends and planning events for everyone to get together and laugh and enjoy each other’s company. Surviving family that she loved dearly are her husband of 37 years Fred, son Mark Poling and wife Jenny (grandsons Andy Poling and his wife Lauren, and Jack Poling) and son Mike Poling and girlfriend Priscilla Madsen and daughter Sophi; Fred’s children Freddie Goodrow and wife Nancy, Bridget and husband Mike Blodgett (grandchildren Ashley, Briael and husband Jon Chadwell (great granddaughters Grace and Claire), and Michael Blodgett and wife Sarah), David Goodrow and Wife Jody (grandchildren Becky and husband Mike Brouwer (great grandchildren Olivia and Dylan) and son Chad Kaufman and wife Crystal (great grandchildren Mason and Blake)), and Karen and husband Bob Balley (grandchildren Cayla Balley (great grandson Isaac) and Alex Balley).
