Mrs. Phyllis Spradley, 66 of Adel passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at Cook Senior Living Center. Mrs. Spradley was born September 7, 1951 to the late William Ernest Lawhorn and Doris Eubanks Lawhorn. She attended Sparks Methodist Church and retired as a registered nurse.

Survivors include her children, James Spradley of Lenox, and Pamela (Boo) Hall of Norman Park; grandchildren, Allyson (Brandon) Mercer, Robyn Sorrell, Lynzi Hall, William Hall, II, Zoey Spradley, and Tinsley Spradley; great grandson, Wyatt Mercer; brother, Ernest Phillip Lawhorn of Virginia; sister, Donna (Steve) Lelle of Lawrencevill, GA. ; uncle Charles Lawhorn of Stone Mountain, GA. ; and several cousins, nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
