Phyllis J. Mundrick, 82, of Montoursville, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019, at Valley View Nursing Center. Born Sept.

22, 1936 in Roaring Branch, she was a daughter of the late Berton H. and Helen C. Hawk Davy. Phyllis was a 1954 graduate of Canton High School. She was a homemaker and a waitress at Fox’s Restaurant.

Phyllis also helped her husband run the family business. She was a good cook, enjoyed going to auctions, but most of all loved spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Robert L. Mundrick, whom she married March 8, 1958; her children, Stephen Mundrick of Aaronsburg, Donna Paulhamus (Kevin) of Williamsport, Glenda Eiswerth (Ken) of Trout Run and Ronald Mundrick (Pam) of Jersey Shore; daughter-in-law, Carol Mundrick of Cogan Station; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lucille Raymond of Roaring Branch.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert, three grandsons and two brothers, Ralph and Harold Davy. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St. Williamsport. A funeral service to honor the life of Phyllis will be Wednesday, 11 a.m. at Sanders Mortuary.

Interment will be in Montoursville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 37022, Boone, IA 50037-0022 or American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Dr., Ste. 900, Arlington, VA 22202.
