Phyllis Jean Finnie, 83, of Eldorado, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Phyllis was born on June 22, 1935 in Eldorado to the late Don and Mary Louise (Wright) Skelton. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Eldorado and a member of the Eldorado Garden Study Club where she loved gardening.

Phyllis was an R.N. and worked at the Good Shepard Nursing Home and also at Carbondale Memorial Hospital in the OB department.
