Phyllis Mae Smith Blackett passed away on unexpectedly December 24, 2018 in North Logan, Utah. She was born on September 22, 1927 in Hartford, Connecticut to Randolph Langham Smith and Hazel Arlene Painter. She is survived by her Husband David O Blackett of Preston Idaho, David Louis Neal, Dan Lee Neal, Thomas Edward Neal, Randolph Brian Neal, Cindy Rae Neal, Linnie Arlene Neal, Shri-Ann Neal, Sister Doris Ann Smith Huber, (10) Step Children and MANY grandchildren and great- Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Father Randolph Langham Smith and Mother Hazel Arlene Painter both of Middletown Middle, CT, Brother Randolph Langham Smith Jr. and sister Jacqueline Gail Smith both of Hartford, CT Funeral service will be held on the 29th of December at 12:00 noon in the Mapleton Ward LDS church at 5307 E. Cub River Rd, Mapleton, Idaho. A viewing will be held Saturday from 11:00-11:45 am at the church and interment will be in the Lava Hot Springs Cemetery on Dempsey Creek Rd at approximately 3:00PM.
