On Wednesday, September 19, 2018 of College Park, MD, born in Baltimore. Beloved husband of 28 years to Barbara Ann Asbury. Loving father of Sara Ann and Jennifer Lynn Asbury.

Wonderful brother of Kathleen (John) Collier and Stacy (Brittany) Asbury. Uncle of John Collier, and Charlotte Asbury. Great- Uncle of Ethan Batchelder and Kaileb Herold.

Nephew of Darrel Hill. He is survived by several cousins, family members, and friends. Proceeded in death by his parents, Ralph and Thelma Asbury, and also his son, William Preston Asbury.

He was a member of the Prince George’s County Police Department. Then later was a member of the NIH Police Department. He was also a veteran in the United States Marine Corp.

Friends may call at Gasch’s Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, on Friday, September 21st from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 4902 Berwyn Road, College Park, MD on Saturday, September 22nd at 10 AM. Interment Holly Hill Cemetery.
