Obituary for Ralph C. Elliott, Jr. Ralph C. Elliott, Jr., 76, of North Charleston, husband of the late Joyce Owens Elliott, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at his daughter’s residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday, January 14, 2019 at 11 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home.

Inurnment will be at a later date at Dorchester Memory Gardens. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Arthritis Foundation National Office, 1355 Peachtree St. NE, Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30309. RC was born on August 21, 1942 in Andrews, SC, son of the late Ralph C. Elliott, Sr. and Jessie Mae Elliott.

He enjoyed fishing the Wando and watching NASCAR from the comfort of his lazy boy. He loved tinkering with anything he could fix. RC loved to tell a good story and have you laughing with a good joke while spending time with the family.

He was loved by many. Survivors include: two daughters: Sheila Hatcher (Mark) of North Charleston and Christie Gall (Evan) of Ladson; one son: Jeffrey Elliott of North Charleston; six grandchildren: Ashley, Randy, Shawn, Kaylee, Justin and Alex; nine great grandchildren; two brothers: Harris Elliott (Patricia) of Andrews and Roger Elliott (Debbie) of Daniels Island. He was predeceased by one brother: Larry Elliott.
