Obituary for James S. Trypuc James S. Trypuc, 86, of Summerville, formerly of Long Island, NY and husband of Barbara Ann Grimminger Trypuc, passed away Friday, January 4, 2019 at Summerville Medical Center, Summerville, South Carolina. A Catholic Mass will be held Monday, January 7, 2019, at 9 o’clock at St. John The Beloved Catholic Church, 28 Sumter Avenue, Summerville. Mr. Trypuc was born December 2, 1932, in Patchogue, New York, son of the late Philip B. Trypuc and Mary E. Smerecki Trypuc.

Mr. Trypuc served in the United States Air Force. He owned his own photography company before retirement. He and his wife Barbara recently moved to Summerville, SC.

Survivors, including his wife Barbara, are two daughters: Heather Tedesco (Damian) of Summerville and Nancy Trypuc (Sid Haouchine) formerly of New York and now residing in Philadelphia, PA, three grandchildren: Connor and Courtney Tedesco of Summerville and Serena Haouchine formerly of New York now residing in Philadelphia, PA; one brother: Raymond (Mary) of Sebring, FL.
