Ralph J Roe December 26, 2018 Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries Ralph J. Roe, 72, of Chillicothe, died 11:59 a.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born July 16, 1946 in Chillicothe to the late Jesse J. and Florence N. Hettinger Roe and he was raised in Huntington TWP by the late Myrtie Whitcomb Grubb. On June 27, 1970 he married the former Debby Bower who survives.

Also surviving are children, Natalie Roe and Chris (Shannon) Roe, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Ryan and Jordan Schobelock and Piper and Jeremy Stewart; a brother, Cecil (Ellen) Roe, of Tarlton; two sisters, Geraldine Woods, of Chillicothe and Jessie Hart, of Laurelville; several nieces and nephews including a nephew whom he raised, David Penrod, of Chillicothe; a brother-in-law, William Bower, of Chillicothe and a sister-in-law, Shirley Gray, of Chillicothe; special daughters, Rona Kellough, April Stewart, and Dywynn Moody and his faithful companion, Tari. He was predeceased by a brother, Donald Roe; a sister, Linda Cubbage; sisters-in-law, Donna Peters and Sue Bower; brothers-in-law, Dave and Larry Penrod and Robert Woods; a nephew, Mark Roe. Ralph retired from CCI after 36 years and he was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

He was a member of the Ross County Veterans Service Commission, former commander of the American Legion Post 62 and 7th District Commander, V.F.W. Post 108, Elks, Eagles and Moose Lodge, Amvets Post 4, member of the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard and American Legion Color Guard. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Rick Hartley officiating.

Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens with military graveside rites conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 4-6 p.m. on Sunday. You may sign his online register at www.
