Ramon “Frank” Francisco Salas August 11, 1948 – December 27, 2018 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Frank Salas, age 70, went to be with the Lord Thursday evening at Valley Baptist Medical Center. A lifetime resident of Harlingen, he graduated from HHS Class of 1967 and Pan American University Class of 1974. He was self employed and owned and operated Salas Grocery for 45 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Maria Del Refugia Salas, Paternal Grandma, Maria R. Salas and his brother, Lolo Salas. He leaves behind to cherish his wonderful memory his Sisters, Adriana Salas and Christina Benitez (Edelmiro), Brothers, Rafael Salas and Jose G. Salas (Sylvia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday December 30, 2018 from 1 pm to 9 pm with prayer of the Holy Rosary to begin at 7 pm in the evening. Holy Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday December 31, 2018 at 10 am at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. Commital Service will follow to Mont-Meta Memorial Park Cemetery, San Benito.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Mark Benitez, Robby Benitez, Jesse Salas, Joey Salas, Juan Nares and Jacob Benitez.
